Explain agricultural marketing and four areas of marketing agricultural produce

Agricultural marketing are the activities involved in the flow of goods and services from producers (farmers) to the final consumers.

Four channels of marketing farm produce are:
-Through co-operative societies; which buy in large quantities.
-Through local market societies which buy in large quantities.
-Through commissioned agents who buy in large quantities from local farmers and sell to marketing boards.
-Through exporters: sell their commodities to oversee buyers or consumers.
