Explain biological control and its significance

Biological control is the use of living organisms to control the population of other harmful organisms. The control agent is usually a natural enemy of the harmful organism.
-This eliminates risk involved in the use of artificial agents. Such as chemical (e.g herbicides)
-This method is neater and not harmful to the environment.
-It may be easily integrated with other methods.
