METHODS OF CONTROLLING MOSQUITO/MALARIA

-protecting our bodies from mosquitoes bites by using mosquito nets at night and wearing clothing which covers arms and legs in the evening
-Preventing mosquitoes from breeding by not providing suitable breeding place i.e water tanks can be kept covered.
-Grass and bush should be kept short around
-House inside walls should be painted in light colour
-Breeding grounds like ponds and swamps should be drained or sprayed with insecticides
-Introduction of fish that feed on the larvae
-Spraying persistent insecticides from the air, or on the walls of houses
-By taking drugs
